- Fast Delivery Promise: Place your order today and receive it by tomorrow.
- Floor Charges: Prices for Single Jar, Emergency Jar, Weekly Plan & Monthly Plan are for ground floor only. ₹10 extra per floor (up to 3rd floor).
- Family Plan & Bulk Orders: Delivered only at doorstep. Upper-floor delivery not applicable.
- Delivery Distance: Free delivery within 4 km. Beyond 4 km up to 8 km, delivery only for 5+ jars with ₹100 charge.
- Above 8 km: Orders below 20 jars not accepted. Additional ₹150 delivery charge applicable.
- Monthly Plan Terms: Monthly orders start from the 1st and end on the last date of the month. Missed deliveries will not be carried forward. Extra jars beyond quota charged at ₹45 per jar.
- Damaged Jars: No damaged jars accepted. ₹250 per damaged jar will be charged.
